We’re proud to offer free, lifetime support to all original owners of our Resonant Light frequency research instruments. This means we’re just a phone call away to assist you for as long as you own one of our devices. We still actively support users who purchased… 25 years ago!

Support requests are first logged and then processed on a first come, first served basis. Wait time varies depending on volume but we try to get back to all our users with a phone call within 2 business days.
